Screen repair and rescreening in Land O' Lakes, FL

Land O' Lakes is west along SR-54 from our base, and we cover every part of it at no trip charge. The enclosure stock here is heavily 2000s and 2010s master-planned construction, similar in age to central Wesley Chapel, with older lake properties mixed in, which shapes what most jobs actually involve.

Land O’ Lakes sits directly west of Wesley Chapel along the SR-54 corridor in central Pasco, and it has grown on a very similar timeline — one of the fastest-growing areas in the region over the same twenty-year stretch. Most of the enclosure stock is 2000s or later and structurally sound. The older Lake Padgett area is the exception, with smaller and much older structures.

Getting around Land O' Lakes

SR-54 connects Land O’ Lakes directly to Wesley Chapel, and it is the road most of our jobs out here arrive by. US-41 runs north-south through the center of town, with Land O’ Lakes Boulevard and Collier Parkway serving the Connerton and Ballantrae subdivisions. The Suncoast Parkway forms the eastern edge, giving quick access toward Tampa. Most construction is 2000s and 2010s master-planned, the same generation as central Wesley Chapel, with Lake Padgett standing out as the one noticeably older pocket, built in the 1970s around its namesake chain of lakes.

What we see most in Land O' Lakes

Predominantly straight rescreen work on newer master-planned enclosures with decent panel counts, much like Wesley Chapel itself. Frame problems are uncommon outside the older lake neighbourhoods. Because this is family-heavy new construction, pet mesh requests are high, and HOA approval requirements come up on most of the master-planned communities.

Services available in Land O' Lakes

All seven of our services, at identical pricing to everywhere else we work. Pool cage rescreening is the most requested, followed by patio and lanai screen repair. We also handle window and door screens, screen door replacement, pet-resistant screen installation, storm damage repair and enclosure frame repair.

Free on-site estimate in Land O' Lakes We measure every opening, count panels, check spline and frame condition, and hand you a written flat price before we leave. No deposit, no obligation. Call 813-565-3194 or text photos of the damage for a faster rough number.

Pricing in Land O' Lakes

Identical to the rest of our service area, because price follows the job rather than the postcode. Single panels run $35 to $65. Single-story pool cage rescreens are $1,100 to $2,000 and two-story cages $1,900 to $3,400. Window screens are $35 to $75 each. Sliding screen door replacement runs $185 to $360. Frame work, where needed, is quoted separately and itemised so you can see exactly what is screen cost and what is aluminum cost.

Questions

Land O' Lakes screen repair FAQs

Yes, 34638 and 34639, with no trip charge from our Wesley Chapel base — it is a short run west along SR-54. Pricing follows panel count and mesh grade rather than distance, the same as everywhere else in our service area.

Almost always, and it is a very similar picture to what we see in Wesley Chapel proper. Those are 2000s and 2010s master-planned communities with modern framing built to current wind codes and no salt exposure this far inland. We still inspect the frame free of charge on every estimate, but the large majority pass without needing aluminum work.

Many of the master-planned communities here do require approval for visible changes, the same as in Wesley Chapel’s own HOA communities. Tell us your community when you call and we will match existing frame finishes and mesh colours rather than substituting. If you have an approved spec sheet, bring it to the estimate.

Yes, noticeably. The older lake-area structures are smaller and often decades older than the master-planned stock, so fastener and hardware work comes up far more often there. That runs $110 to $280 and is well worth doing before new mesh goes in.

It is one of our most requested Land O’ Lakes upgrades, given how family-heavy the new construction is — much like the demand we see in Wesley Chapel itself. Lower rows plus the door area adds $120 to $340 on a typical lanai and covers where essentially all pet damage happens. Doing the whole enclosure is rarely necessary.

The same as everywhere else in our service area: single panels $35 to $65, single-story pool cage rescreens $1,100 to $2,000, and two-story cages $1,900 to $3,400. Price follows panel count, panel size, enclosure height, mesh grade and frame condition rather than your ZIP code. There is no trip charge to Land O' Lakes.

No. Land O' Lakes (34638, 34639) is on our normal route, so the quoted price is what you pay. If you are just outside our service area we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before quoting rather than padding the number.

Estimates usually within 24 to 48 hours. Lanais and single panels are typically same-week and often sooner. Full pool cage rescreens run one to two weeks out under normal conditions. After a named storm everything stretches, so calling early puts you in the queue at the right position.

Two years on workmanship and spline installation, identical across all eight communities we serve. That covers mesh pulling loose from a channel, panels going slack and spline backing out. New damage from a storm, a falling branch or a pet is not a workmanship issue, but we will repair it at our normal per-panel rate.

All seven: pool cage rescreening, patio and lanai screen repair, window and door screen repair, screen door replacement, pet-resistant screen installation, storm damage repair and screen enclosure frame repair. Every service is available across the whole service area at the same pricing.
