How we price, and why we publish it
We put our actual price ranges on the website, which almost nobody in this trade does. The reason is simple: homeowners have no way to judge whether a screen quote is reasonable, and that information gap is where people get overcharged. If you know a single lanai panel should be $35 to $65 and someone quotes you $180, you have learned something useful.
Every estimate is free and on site. We measure openings, count panels, check spline condition and frame integrity, then hand you a written flat price. That number does not change once work starts unless you change the scope. There is no deposit required to get a quote and no obligation to book.
What we will tell you that costs us money
If your mesh has three good years left, we will say so rather than sell you a rescreen. If you have two dogs, we will recommend pet-resistant mesh on the lower rows only instead of the whole enclosure, which cuts the upgrade cost substantially. If the frame is the real problem, we will quote frame repair first and tell you plainly that new screen on bad aluminum is money thrown away. We would rather have the referral than the extra few hundred dollars.
Materials we actually use
UV-stable charcoal fiberglass as the standard, because it survives the near-constant Pasco County sun better than the cheaper grades and still keeps the view. Marine-grade spline rather than the brittle economy stuff that shrinks out of the channel in two summers. Vinyl-coated polyester where pets are involved, 20×20 no-see-um weave for lots backing up to a pond or conservation easement, and Florida Glass on kick plates and splash zones. The warranty, in plain terms
Two years on workmanship and spline installation. If mesh pulls loose from a channel, a panel goes slack, or spline backs out, we come fix it at no charge. What it does not cover is new damage — a falling branch, a dog, a hurricane. That is not a workmanship failure, and we will repair it at our normal per-panel rate rather than pretend otherwise.

Yes, licensed in Florida and carrying liability insurance on every job. We provide the license number and a certificate of insurance before work begins, without being asked. HOAs, condo associations and property managers routinely need this for their files and we send it as a matter of course.
No. The people who quote your job are the people who do it. That matters more than it sounds: a subcontracted crew has no stake in whether the spline holds in two years, and no reason to flag a frame problem that would shrink the job. Our warranty only works because the same crew owns the result.
Because the details are where screen jobs fail, and you only learn those details by doing nothing else. Mesh grain direction, spline sizing, tension sequence, reading corrosion around fasteners — none of that is obvious, and all of it decides whether your rescreen lasts two years or eight. Specialising is how we keep callbacks low.
Call us and we come back. Workmanship issues within two years are fixed at no charge. New damage from storms, pets or falling branches is repaired at our normal per-panel rate. Either way you get a real person on the phone rather than a warranty claims process.
Not for estimates, ever. For scheduled work we generally collect on completion after you have walked the enclosure with us and confirmed you are happy. Very large multi-day commercial jobs are the exception, and any deposit terms are stated in writing on the quote before you agree to anything.
Yes, and we do it regularly. If your mesh has several good years left, saying so costs us a job today and usually earns the job later plus a referral. The homeowners who become repeat customers are almost always the ones we talked out of spending money on the first visit.
We do not file claims for you, but we document damage thoroughly before touching anything — wide shots, close-ups, panel counts, frame damage — and provide an itemised written estimate in the format adjusters expect. After named storms that documentation is the difference between a smooth claim and a fight.
